Core BI

CoreBI Construction 360 · for owners, MDs, operations & commercial teams

One Intelligent Command Centre for Your People, Projects and Costs.

Connect workforce planning, timesheets, labour costs, project schedules, procurement and approvals into one reliable management view — with AI-powered insights and workflow automation.

Who it's for

Built for contractors who run on people, programmes and margins

  • Commercial construction contractors
  • Specialist subcontractors
  • Mechanical and electrical contractors
  • Fit-out and refurbishment businesses
  • Regional construction companies
  • Facilities and maintenance businesses

Disconnected people and project records

Employee details, subcontractor records and project allocations live in different spreadsheets and systems.

Manual timesheets

Paper or emailed timesheets are re-keyed, chased and approved late — so labour cost is always behind.

Weak workforce planning

Double-bookings, idle operatives and last-minute shortages are discovered on site, not in the plan.

Labour cost overruns

Overtime and extra headcount aren't visible against budget until the month-end valuation.

Unclear project profitability

Actual, committed and forecast costs are mixed together, so margin is a guess until the job closes.

Slow approvals and tenders

Purchase orders, variations and tender responses wait on manual admin and email chains.

Workforce data, handled responsibly

People data deserves care. Construction 360 is designed for it.

Privacy law by design

Built around GDPR principles (UK and EU) and adapted to the data protection and employment rules where you operate. We support your DPIA where workforce data is processed.

Role-based access

Workers, supervisors, project managers, commercial and HR see only what their role needs. Payroll and HR details stay in their systems of record.

Transparency, not monitoring

Timesheets and plans are visible to the people they concern and used for planning, costing and approvals — not covert surveillance.

Appropriate retention

Retention periods agreed per data type, with deletion and subject-access processes supported.

Secure payroll & employment data

Encrypted storage, least-privilege access and audit logs for any payroll-related data that must be processed.

Human decisions about people

AI never decides dismissals, disciplinary action, pay adjustments or performance sanctions. Those decisions stay with managers and HR.

In tender automation, AI extracts and drafts — it never finalises quantities, prices, exclusions or contractual commitments. Estimators and the commercial manager approve every submission.

One source of truth

Connected, governed and traceable — without replacing your systems

CoreBI sits across your existing systems. Data is reconciled into a governed layer, business rules and AI work on top of it, and managers act from one experience.

What “one source of truth” means

Governed, reconciled and traceable information with agreed definitions — every figure can be traced back to its source. It does not mean replacing every system. Each data type keeps a clearly defined system of record:

FAQs

Construction 360 questions

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. CoreBI connects the systems you already use. Your CRM, HR, payroll, accounting and project systems remain the systems of record for their data; CoreBI reconciles and presents that data and automates the steps between systems.

What does “one source of truth” actually mean?

A governed, reconciled and traceable view of your information, with agreed definitions and a clear system of record for each data type. It does not mean moving everything into one new system.

Will AI send emails or make decisions on its own?

No. AI reads, extracts, drafts and flags exceptions. People approve pricing, customer communications, purchase orders, tender submissions and anything affecting employees. Every decision is recorded in an audit log.

Is Construction 360 a way to monitor employees?

No. Timesheets and workforce planning are transparent to the people involved and are used for planning, costing and approvals. We design for GDPR (UK and EU) and the local rules where you operate: role-based access, data minimisation, appropriate retention and human review of any decision affecting an employee.

Are the demos using real data?

No. Both demos use synthetic data for fictional companies and simulate integrations in your browser. They do not connect to Salesforce, Microsoft 365, 8x8, Claude, Power BI or any real records.
